Our company is the vice director unit of China Heavy Machinery Industrial Association Crushing Branch, SKM series ball mill is a new type ball mill by bringing and absorbing advanced design and production technology of Germany, which is mainly used in manufacturing limestone slurry in wet coal-fired flue gas desulfurization system（WFGD）, it’s one of the main equipments in heat-engine plant and large coal-fired boiler WFGD system, and can also be widely used in the fields of mineral processing, metallurgy, building materials and chemical industry. Absorbing advanced structural and technical feature from abroad, and standing on the manufacturing process and level in domestic, SKM series ball mill reached foreign advance level with obvious energy conservation effect. Adopting integral optimization design, using high strength wear-resistant copper alloy bearing plate, the linear adjustment of self-aligning bearing seat, the oil cooling -- lubricating device, the electrical automatic control system, compared with the typical domestic mill, the whole structure weight can be reduced by 40%, matching power can be reduced by 12.5%~22%, this series of ball mill is a new type ball mill which can completely replace the imported products.
