This type of PE crusher, suitable for breaking material such as ores and rocks with grain size less than 750mm and anti-pressure strength within 250Mpa, has good features of simple structure, reliable property and easy operation etc. It is widely used in the fields of building material, metallurgy, chemistry, coal mines and highway. The machine is mainly composed of frame, movable jaw, eccentric shaft, flywheel, belt pulley, fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate, pushing plate and tensile device etc. when working, the motor drives eccentic shaft via V-belt to make movable jaw reciprocate. The fed material shall be cleaved into pieces under extrusion force or bending and final size shall be discharged out of crusher relying on deadweight at the moment when movable jaw departs from fixed jaw plate.

Product description

The machine is mainly composed of frame, movable jaw, eccentric shaft, flywheel, belt pulley, fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate, pushing plate and tensile device etc. when working, the motor drives eccentic shaft via V-belt to make movable jaw reciprocate. The fed material shall be cleaved into pieces under extrusion force or bending and final size shall be discharged out of crusher relying on deadweight at the moment when movable jaw departs from fixed jaw plate.

The frame is shaped by cast steel. The fixed tooth plate is installed at front wall, and the liner plate is installed at the front of sidewall. The flywheel and pulley shall be fixed use the key at the two sides of eccentric shaft. The movable jaw is a single cast steel, which is suspended on the frame via eccentric shaft and bearings. In order to avoid axial displacement, the flywheel and pulley are all provided with retaining ring.

The front end of pushing plate is placed on the slide block under lower part of moving jaw, the rear end of which is situated on the sliding block of rear bracket. The shims are provided at the rear end of pushing plate for adjusting. The pushing plate plays a role not only for supporting the movable jaw, but also for protecting other parts from being damaged.

The locking system consists of pulling bar and spring. At one end of pulling bar, there is a shackle connected to the hook under lower part of moving jaw to tighten moving jaw and keep pushing plate in a good condition.

This type of PEX crusher, suitable for breaking material with anti-pressure strength within( 250-300)Mpa, as a second and three-stage breaking equipment, which is widely used in the fields of building material, chemistry, coal mines and highway.
