Cold bonding pulley is new kind of pulley rubber bonding type comparing with the traditional hot vulcanization rubber casting type. Pulley cold bonding is widely using for the belt conveyor pulley rubber surface bonding of mine, port, power plant, metallurgy, cement, coal mine and other industries.
Cold bonding operation is convenient and rapid, it can use immediately after cold bonding; bonding strength is high which is 5-7 times of the traditional rubber casting, anti-creeping, not degumming; high rubber plate compactness, good elasticity, high abrasive resistance, long using lifetime and good applicability; it can cold bond the flat rubber plate, herringbone rubber plate, diamond rubber plate, wear resistant ceramic rubber plate; it can longtime operation under the temperature of -20-85℃.
