three. Working principle and structural characteristics

The machine is powered by a deceleration motor, and drives the sprocket shaft to run at low speed through chain transmission. The feeder operating mechanism consists of a roller conveyor chain connected into a closed loop and a conveyor groove with a wave-shaped bottom plate fixed on the chain plate. It is connected one by one to form a conveying loop, supported by a supporting wheel fixed on the frame, and the operating mechanism is driven to run at a low speed through the meshing of the driving sprocket and the chain, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform and continuous transfer of materials.

This machine consists of the following main parts

(1) Transmission device

This machine adopts a geared motor with stable operation, no torque pulsation, high starting torque and small starting current, small vibration, low noise and small size.

The transmission installation method is left installation (looking along the material running direction, the transmission device is installed on the left side of the main machine, which is indicated by I).
(2) Drive sprocket device

It is mainly composed of drive shaft, drive sprocket and bearing seat. The bearing adopts spherical roller bearing and labyrinth oil seal. The oil gun is regularly lubricated with oil. The structure has good dustproof performance and low running resistance.

(3) Tensioning sprocket device

It consists of tensioning shaft, tensioning wheel and tensioning sliding seat. The tensioning wheel adopts a smooth wheel (no teeth) structure, the outer surface is quenched, and has good wear resistance. The bearing adopts spherical roller bearing and frameless rubber. Oil seals and oil guns are regularly lubricated with oil, and the tensioning device seat adopts a welded structure, which is firm and compact, and is easy to adjust the tightness of the conveyor chain.
(4) Operating mechanism

It consists of conveyor chain, conveyor trough and support rollers. It is the main moving part of the machine to complete the feeding task, and it is also the key part that is easy to wear.

The conveying trough is welded by the carrier plate and the side baffle, which overlap each other to form a conveying loop, which can effectively prevent the leakage phenomenon during the material conveying process.

The conveyor chain of this model is only used as a traction part, and the weight of the conveyor trough and the materials on it is borne by the feeding rollers fixed on the frame.

(5) Feeding roller, return roller

The surface of the roller body is hardened, the roller shaft is quenched and tempered, and the roller is equipped with tapered roller bearings, which are sealed with oil seals and glands.

(6) Rack

The frame is a structure that bears the weight of each component and connects it as a whole to complete the predetermined movement. The frame of this model adopts welded structure, which is light in weight and good in rigidity.
