one: Folding belt conveyor (1) is a walking trolley that can travel along the track. When the belt conveyor is working normally, the walking trolley enters the drum, receives the water slag falling from the drum, and transfers it with the entire belt conveyor ; When maintenance is required after running for a period of time, the walking trolley drives out along the track for maintenance. Solved the problem that the part of the ordinary belt conveyor extending into the drum cannot be repaired;
Two: The folding belt conveyor (2) is the folding part of the folding belt conveyor. When the folding belt conveyor is working normally, the walking trolley enters the inside of the drum and receives the water slag falling from the drum. The belt conveyor is transferred; when maintenance is required for a period of time, the walking trolley drives out along the track for maintenance. After this part is folded during maintenance, the maintenance space is given to the walking trolley;
Three: The drive part is changed from the original hoist drive to the rack and pinion drive, which saves space, makes the drive more stable, and facilitates maintenance.
Four: Folding belt conveyor (1) (walking trolley), a jacking device is added. When the trolley is driven out, the jacking device will lift the folding belt conveyor (2) (folding part) at the same time. The space for traveling the trolley for maintenance; it has changed the traditional need for external force (manual or other equipment) to lift the folding section, and now it is completed by the equipment body and the trolley moving out synchronously, reducing the labor intensity of workers and avoiding the occurrence of accidents.
