Product description
The screw feeder adopts frequency converter for speed regulation to meet the requirements of quantitative feeding and timely emptying of hopper materials. The driving device adopts direct connected planetary reducer. The reducer and the screw body are connected by Japanese hard tooth face chain coupling for installation and maintenance.
As the materials conveyed by the screw feeder have strong fiber and toughness, they are easy to wind the rotating screw blades, and the materials are easy to be jammed between the screw blades and the shell. The friction resistance is intensified, and even the car is blocked, which seriously affects the normal equipment operation.
