YA Series circular vibrating screen
YA series circular vibrating screen is low and short type equipment with the following characteristics:
1) small volume, light weight, it is easy for installing and technology arrangement;
2) reasonable length and width ratio of feeder working surface;
3) compact structure without complex moving part, convenient maintenance and low cost;
4) It is low and short type equipment with simple structure, beautiful appearance, can be easily transported as a whole.
This kind of screen is mainly used in coal, metallurgy, mine, power plant, construction material industry, water conservancy project, light industry and chemical industry. It is an efficient screening machine for the classification of bulk material, such as coal, ore and coke etc.
Working principle and structure characteristics
The moving principle of the vibrating screen: motor drives the vibrator with eccentric gravity by V belt to vibrate the screen box, the screen box works on circular motion.
This vibrating screen consists of screen box, vibrator, spring shock absorber device and support frame etc. Screen box is connected by high strength bolts to form frame structure. For vibrator is eccentric shaft and eccentric brick type. The spring shock absorber device is steel screw spring.
