The complete set of coke powder recycling equipment is a new generation of automatic production line developed by our company for the secondary utilization of coke fines (≤ 25mm coke blocks) in coking plants. The production line adopts advanced and mature production process and technology, with high degree of automation, energy conservation and environmental protection, less investment, quick effect, and significant energy saving, economic and environmental benefits.
The complete set of coke powder reuse equipment can reuse 100% of the broken coke generated in the process of coke production in the coking plant, which can only be treated as defective products in the past. The production line dries and grinds the crushed coke powder to prepare coke powder that meets the requirements, and then automatically mixes the coke powder into the raw coal for coking according to a certain proportion to make qualified coke again, so as to realize the reuse of the crushed coke powder, greatly save the raw coal for coking, and achieve remarkable energy-saving effect. At the same time, the strength of coke block is also strengthened, and the quality of coke is improved.
The heat source used for drying coke powder in the production line is all provided by coke oven gas, which not only reduces the cost of coke powder production, but also solves the problems of environmental pollution and economic losses caused by the venting and combustion of some coke oven gas. At the same time, the production line pays special attention to environmental protection in its design, selects equipment with less dust, and is equipped with dust collection devices imported from fule company in the United States at each dust point, which meets the environmental protection requirements.
The whole system has realized automatic control, which can not only be programmed by sections, but also be controlled by PLC in a centralized way. It can display the temperature, pressure and flow at multiple points, and can also control the start and stop of a single equipment.
Our company has developed and put into use three production lines with a daily output of 70 tons, 100 tons and 300 tons of coke powder, which can provide users with the whole process services of process design, plant civil design, equipment selection, electrical control design, environmental protection, investment estimation, equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning.
